3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Your account must use accurate, current information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
• Disrupt service integrity or performance

AI and Machine Learning: You may not use content from our platform to train, fine-tune, or build machine learning or AI models without our prior written consent.

6. Customer Data

You retain all rights to data you submit to the Services. SentiniumAI receives a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely to provide and improve the Services. We access your data only when necessary for service delivery, security, or legal compliance.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement or required by law. Pricing changes require 30 days' notice; you may cancel before changes take effect.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but make no guarantee of uninterrupted access to the Services. Maintenance and outages may occur. We will provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

SentiniumAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability is capped at amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve months.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel through the platform or by contacting support. SentiniumAI may suspend access for violations of these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your Customer Data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware state or federal courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via updated timestamps and email or in-app notices. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.

15. General Provisions

• If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
• Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• These Terms, your service agreement, and our Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between you and SentiniumAI.
